Malapascua Island Day Tour Package from Cebu City

Malapascua Island, which is in the northern part of Cebu, is a very well-known island for divers. This is the only island in Cebu where you can see the famous thresher shark. Cebu is composed of many islands with white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters and Malapascua is one of them. Aside from the fact, that Malapascua is known for the thresher sharks, it is also known for long white sand beaches.

This island has just 2.5 kilometer in length and 1 kilometer in width, where you can explore the whole island in just few hours, depending on how adventurous you are.
Cebu Tours is now offering a day tour to the Malapascua island. You will be picked up from your hotel in Metro Cebu (Cebu City, Mactan or Mandaue) which is already in the package.

The best time to visit Malapascua Island

The best time to visit this island is between December to May (summertime). We recommend scheduling your visit to Malapascua island during dry season, because during these times there is a few chance of rains and typhoon. However, if you want to avoid big crowd and want to explore the island beaches on your own (at the very least), you may want to consider going there any time of the year except for April and May. This is Holy week and summertime in the Philippines and more people coming to the island, so you may want to avoid these months.

If you are booking for a day tour in Kalanggaman, you will also be passing Malapascua island since the boat to Kalanggaman will be coming from here. However, you will not be able to explore the island if the package you booked is for Kalanggaman.
