Is there any other group in the car during our tour?
No, the tour will be exclusive to your group as we do not have shared tours. All our tours are private.
Is there additional charge when the pick up is from the airport?
No, we don’t charge you for airport pickup, provided you have a tour on that day.
Is there additional charge if drop off is at the airport?
No, there is no additional charge for airport drop off if you are coming from a tour on that day.
How much is the down payment required?
For all bookings, we require 50% down payment from the total amount through online payment (which has 5% service charge), bank transfer, or money transfer.
Do you accept credit card payments?
Yes we do. It uses online payment as payment method and we charge 5% on top of the due amount. We accept all major credit cards namely, Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX) or Discover.
My credit card didn’t work upon payment, is there other way to pay the downpayment?
Yes, you can pay via bank transfer or money transfer. Just send us an email at email@example.com for the details.
Do you have any suggestions where we can take our lunch on our City Tour?
Yes, you can choose Lantaw Native Restaurant, AAA BBQ, Jovens Grill’s and Seafood, Zubuchon, or Rico’s Lechon
What is the best pick up time for Cebu City and Lapu-Lapu City tour?
For the twin City tour, we recommend pick up time should be between 7AM and 11AM. So, you will be able to visit all the destinations.
Can we pay cash on the day of the tour?
Sorry, but we will need a down payment to confirm your booking, as we will be reserving a car for your tour.

Can I change the Twin City Tour destinations for the same rate?
Yes you can, as long as it is within the city and within 8 hours.
Why are your rates vary on the number of guests? Don’t you have a fixed price per head?
Because of the vehicle rate which can be divided among the guests on board. We try to give you the lowest rate possible.
Do you have a joined tours or do you allow joiners?
No, we don’t. All our tours are private and will be exclusive to your group to avoid conflict of interest and times of different groups.
How many guests can you accommodate in one day?
We do not limit the number of guests to be accommodated per day.
What tour packages can you suggest in our 2 Days and 1 Night in Cebu?
We suggest to do the Whale shark and Sumilon on your first day and then do the Pescador and Canyoneering on your second day.
Can we have a later pick up time of our tour?
Yes you may, but that is subject for approval. We want you to enjoy your whole trip so we recommend to follow the itinerary on the package.
When can we get our driver and car details?
We will send you the car and driver details on the day before your tour between 4PM and 8PM. We will send it through text message, Facebook messenger or through email.

Absolutely, you can extend your stay in the hotel for additional nights, subject for additional fees.
Do you offer Contracted Rates for Travel Agencies?
Yes we give commission for selected package to travel agencies. For TAs, please send us your business documents and your inquiry through our email and please not use our phone line for your queries. We have so much inquiries from customers and clients to attend to. Thank you.
