Overview

Cebu Tours now offers Mactan island hopping package, which will take you to Gilutungan island, Caohagan island and Nalusuan island which are in Mactan, Cebu. The islands of Gilutungan and Nalusuan both have marine sanctuaries wherein you can explore with the sight of abundant corals and hundreds of tropical fish species. With the assistance of our boatman / guide, you can snorkel, free dive and you can even take nice pictures with the scenic views of these islands.

In addition to these islands, you will be able to visit also the island of Caohagan which is famous of its white sand beach and clear water where you can do snorkeling as well near the sandbar area. In this package, you also have the option to add the Pandanon island which is 45 minutes away from the 3 islands mentioned above and is very famous in its long white sandbar. This Pandanon island is already part of the Bohol province which is accessible by boat from Mactan. If you want to visit Pandanon, just add it in the form when you book this island hopping tour.

Islands to Visit

Below are brief descriptions about these islands:

Hilutungan Island – Also known as Hilutungan Island is a marine sanctuary which is a great place for beginners to dive and snorkel. The island is a low-lying coral island with an elevation of no more than 10 meters above sea level.
Caohagan Island – This island has a rich marine life which is a good place for snorkeling. You will be able to see different fishes in this island and it is also a very good place for taking pictures.
Nalusuan Island – This almost a hectare size island is located between Mactan and Bohol. You can swim with the fishes here and you can also relax at their sandbar area.

What to expect

Important Notice! Seafood, shellfish, coconuts, and other food items on Caohagan and Hilutungan islands are quite expensive. We recommend avoiding purchases there. Your package already includes lunch (seafood, BBQ, and grilled fish) with drinks.

Tour Start Times and Pickup Details:

This package offers two possible start times:

For Mactan Hotels: Pickup is at 8:00 AM, but you may request a later time if preferred.
For Mandaue City or Cebu City Hotels: We recommend starting the tour at 7:00 AM.

The package is private and flexible for your group. If you wish to begin later, please indicate your preferred time in the Special Request box.

Airport Pickup Option:
We also offer airport pickups if you’d like to begin your island-hopping adventure immediately upon arrival in Cebu. You may leave your belongings in the van during the tour, and we will drop you off at your hotel afterward.

Driver Information:
Our driver will meet you at your hotel lobby. We will provide the driver’s details via email a day before the tour. If the driver is not on time, you can call or text them for updates.

Please ensure you book this package at least one day before your travel date to allow us time to prepare the food, arrange the car with a driver, and organize the boat. The cut-off time for booking is 8:00 PM on the day before your trip.
